A practical workshop at Litsarda Village, Chania in West Crete in order to learn making artisan cheese using fresh pasteurised local goats milk, a type of cheese present in every Cretan household.

 The workshop is taking place either at the Th Olive Farm, runs on sustainable principles, surrounded by olive trees and biological gardens or at the shepherds shed depending on the weather. 

Cretan cuisine is renowned both in Greece and internationally for its unique ingredients and flavours.
