This is a perfect three day workshop and experience on the culinary culture of Crete and Greece, in order to discover and learn more about their famous diet.
You will learn to make a great deal of traditional, delicious, signature dishes, pies and other local delicacies.
You will participate in cooking workshops at the Olive Farm, visit the Central Food Market in Chania and discover top quality local products from artisan producers.
This 3 day course is the ideal way to immerse yourself in everything that is good about authentic Greek and Cretan cooking from the ancient times to today.
We will arrange your accommodation in traditional cottages in the nearby area.
All visits and workshops are arranged within walking distance of your accommodation, through olive groves and herb filled slopes.
