This is Spring in Crete ... maybe the best time to visit the island.
March & April is a very good time to visit Crete if you want to avoid crowds and yet enjoy pleasant weather.
The average temperature is between 17°C and 20°C with only a couple of rainy days.
It is a lovely time to do some hiking, sightseeing, enjoy the amazing nature and tour the wineries.
Amazing Cretan nature is at its best, with the colorful flowers, fragrant herbs, lush trees, and shrubs blossoming everywhere.
To make things better, prices tend to be on the affordable side too.
