You will learn about the customs and the myriad of words they use to describe the food, all while sipping on a glass of Cretan wine.

You have the chance to prepare simple but mouth-watering cold starters and ask the chef questions or for cooking tips to recreate it all back home.

Then it’s behind the scenes in the kitchen – with the sleeves rolled up to get involved with preparing and cooking your main course creation.

The chef will talk you through making a selection of classic Cretan dishes - including ones the yiayia (grandmother) passed down to her - as well as a few modern interpretations.
