Aegean Airlines, is pleased to introduce the new service “My Bookings”, offered on its new, revamped aegeanair.com, which you are invited to discover. The new service allows users to save all upcoming bookings and view them easily under one section.
This service aims to facilitate users in viewing and servicing their upcoming bookings offering the best possible experience also for customers who increasingly use new technologies via smartphones and tablets.
"My Bookings" service is available via "My Aegean" section to registered users of aegeanair.com & Miles+Bonus members. Users can click on “My Bookings” section and automatically view all their upcoming bookings. By selecting the desired trip and clicking “Manage Booking”, they will be redirected to the specific booking to proceed easily to further actions, if they wish so.
The new service is user-friendly and enables users to connect to their bookings via their personal profile, without typing their name or reservation code (Passenger Name Record). Registered users to aegeanair.com can view the bookings made online and booked as of today, whereas Miles+Bonus users can view all their booked flights, no matter when their ticket has been issued, as well as all bookings made from today onwards. If a booking is missing, users have the option to manually add a booking by filling in the requested fields.
With "My bookings", users have a tailored and personalized content experience. They can simply view and manage their upcoming bookings and are able to book their next flight easily and quickly, based on their already registered data. AEGEAN once again improves its services and offers a unique experience to its passengers.
