Good news about the Cretan, Greek Cuisine, since new research published in the journal of Neurology found that people who ate at least one serving of leafy greens a day had a slower rate of decline on tests for memory and thinking skills than did people who rarely ate these vegetables.

Luckily, Cretan and Greek cuisine is rich in greens whether Greeks savor them through the delicious pies (hortopites) or the famous wild greens or horta.
