Guest Review - Car Hire Crete Greece

We Love Our Guests :

"My husband and I booked our car rental through CreteTravel and they were exceptional at providing professional and helpful service from my first inquiry until drop-off. All of my emails were answered quickly with utmost friendliness. After receiving the car, we were contacted just to make sure everything was fine. They will go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I was not only satisfied but highly impressed with the consistent outstanding service across all staff dealings. They took care of last minute reservation changes without a problem and were very accommodating and kind throughout the whole process. Our car began to overheat and upon calling the company, a staff person arrived at our location in less than an hour – he did an inspection and traded cars with us. The quick response and staff’s pleasantness turned a normally sour situation into a gladdened one. The staff at the Chania airport drop-off location was also so kind to receive us, and when she saw our enormous luggage – she swiftly dropped us off in front of the airport and drove the car back to the storefront. My husband and I were so grateful for her act of kindness just so we could avoid walking in the heat even for a few minutes. This was the best rental car company I’ve ever dealt with – they’ve perfected excellent customer service. Crete is a gorgeous island and I would recommend anyone to visit and book through CreteTravel for an even better experience. When we return, we’ll book more of our travel needs with CreteTravel."

Krinakia Villas At Xerokambos - September Availability

East is better ...

Xerokambos, in the eastern part of Crete is not in any way built up, so going out for a meal or a coffee or a drink provides the choice of one of Xerokambos' several tavernas, one about 300 m away, others up to 2 km. Often each taverna will specialize on any given night so that one may be grilling lamb, the other mainly chicken and so on. The quality of food we've found to be very good.
