You will find them outside of the reception: Fresh bread, Greek butter, hand-made marmalade, thymus local honey, juice, milk, tomatoes, row eggs, feta cheese, and hand-made biscuits with olive oil, olives, corn flakes.

Most of them are growing up in Natura 2000 areas and the Geopark of Sitia under Unesco.
