    We had a glorious time, thanks to Alexis and Spiro. They were highly professional, competent and kind. We were told that there would be no supplies provided other than salt, pepper and oil. The supply list included paper towels and toilet paper. We bought a lot of food ahead of time in preparation and found that there were tomatoes, olives, fruit and wine already on board! In addition there were plenty of basics provided. It would be helpful to clarify what we needed to provide ! We also appreciated the change in plans to include Thirasia and Ios and be given the option for the bike tour. We were a bit skeptical of the trip in the beginning because it was portrayed as very basic, but in truth it was far from basic and we had a wonderful time. Again thanks to our Captain…we would invite him for lunch and he’d only go where he could keep an eye on the boat. Found him up at night checking the anchor. He’s a keeper.
