Don't forget to stock up as you pass through Spilli Village. There is a small mini market at Kerames Village (2.5km) too.

Do you maybe would like to eat out?

The residence is located just a short walk (200m) from the village of Drimiskos, where you can find a traditional cafe-taverna, Geroplatanos, under a century-old plane-tree or platanos, a place to enjoy the Cretan - traditional cuisine. Also there is a second cafe -taverna near the church. In nearby Spili Village (7km) you will find more restaurants, cafes, shops and some other facilities.

Agia Fotini Taverna is just a 5 minutes drive. Agia Fotini is a traditional taverna popular with Cretans who travel from miles around to enjoy fresh food in an idyllic location and probably is going to remind you the Crete in 60s and 70s . It specializes in fresh fish caught by local fisherman – or Stavros himself when he gets the time to go out in his boat.

Or maybe something more traditional and the unique athmosphere of a small village, then drive up to Drimiskos Village for local rabbit and delicious cheese pies.

There are two tavernas above the Ligres Beach both family run and  both have been quite popular with previous guests.

Further at Triopetra, there are other two tavernas wich offer free sunbeds if you use their tavernas.
